Our approach is straightforward: buy less, buy better. Premium blanks, responsible sourcing, and careful customization create garments built to hold up—not to be replaced after a season. Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States.
How long will my order take?
Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. During product drops or high-volume periods, processing times may vary.
Do you offer exchanges?
If a size or style doesn’t work out, items may be returned for a refund and reordered if inventory allows. Shipping items back is to be paid by consumer. I hope to change that soon but as of now my business just cannot pay for shipping. I’m sorry for the inconvience.
Are products limited?
Some releases are small-batch or seasonal. Restocks are not guaranteed.
Returns & Refunds
Refunds are accepted for unused items returned in clean, original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Brooklyn SoftBoys reserves the right to deny refunds for worn, washed, altered, or damaged items.
